"Have enjoyed the Chocolate Bourbon version of the Best ever pecan pie! I recommend serving it at room temp or even slightly cold instead of warmed in oven - it’s extra sweet and mushy once warm. This order was a gift I sent and it was handled perfectly, easily and delivered on time. I appreciate being able to choose the future 2day shipping date so it arrives on the perfect day!"

"I honestly must say that l had ordered two pies that were shipped in one package. Unfortunately , one of the pies were slightly damage as well as the box. No fault of the company as they apologize and sent a replacement. In a couple days, received a replacement. I was very much impressed."

"I had two pies sent to my son in LA. I opted not to pay extra $$for wooden box. They shipped in a timely manner in their cardboard shipping container. At least one arrived a bit banged up and broken. One pie has been consumed and he said it tasted great. The other pie has been frozen for later."

"I can't eat your pecan pies (can't handle sugar) so I only buy them as gifts for friends/family. The last person I gave the pie to said "delicious and awesome. ""
— STEVEN H. (5/5)
"I have ordered your pies for years but unfortunately this one missed the mark for me. Way way too sweet. Too much of a good thing. Dial down the chocolate and more pecan filling instead. Maybe?"
— Nancy G. (1/5)
"Levi, You know we all love your pies, but two of the four pies I had delivered around the country were delivered with box on end. This caused the pies to slump to one side and allow chocolate to shift to one side. . . Five stars for taste and potential delivery presentation, but three stars because they were damaged by delivery folks poor handling. Thaks, Mike"

"Very disappointed! Arrived late, damaged by transportation and the crust was mushy. Hard to cut a slice, just crumbled. Have ordered pies before with no issues."
