Texas BBQ in Hawaii

"Mom sent the Independence to us here in Hawaii and it’s been enjoyed by family of 10 for the past few days. FedEx delivered within a day with excellent packaging. Brisket was melt in your mouth, ribs so tender, sausage just the right smokiness, jalapeño bread was a surprise hit, pecan pie was total heaven. Everyone over the moon to have Texas bbq on the islands. Only thing missing was the Blue Bell. ❤️"

"Shipped overnight to my cousin in Jackson Hole where we met for her birthday. First time in 40 yrs we were disappointed with a Goode Co product. Everything was normal except the brisket which was very tough. Followed the low temp bake instructions. Could not cut it. Added more water, recovered it and baked another hour. Still tough. Continued this again for another hour. Still tough. Finally took electric knife to it, put it in the sauce in a pan on the stovetop and simmered it longer. Needless to say over done and just tasted of sauce. Did not taste like Goode Co brisket at all. Very disappointing."

"I know I am a small client, and this is probably going into someone's spam box, but I am actively pursuing other options to export Texas BBQ into other states of the country. I cannot phantom how can your company wipe out all my contacts right before the holiday shipping season starts. If you're going to raise prices, try not to alienate your existing customer base.
