Very hard, too tough to eat

"Beyond chewy, these are very hard, not really edible. They all have clearly melted and rehardened in their pouches since they have the crease marks of the baggie embedded in them. Received as a gift in the mail, they'll all be thrown out. Not sure how they got heated to the point of running the texture; it's winter so even sitting on a truck in the sun shouldn't get them too hot. Posting here under pseudonym so the giver doesn't feel bad. Wouldn't recommend ordering online."

Disappointing

"When the 2 boxes of these pricey pralines arrived, they were all melted to their plastic wrappers. So they were all flat stuck to the wrappers when you tried to open them. They were a hostess present for a reunion dinner in Indiana. I was embarrassed when the hostess passed them around after dinner."

"Ordered October for December delivery (Christmas). Order was never fulfilled. . until I called to see what had happened. Unfortunately at that point (late December) Goode had none in stock. The orders were finally delivered the second week of January."
