We first started making sausage when our original sausage maker, an old Czech immigrant who settled in Weimar, Texas, decided to retire. He gave us a few pointers, and we began to craft varieties of our own. We still grind, stuff, and smoke our links each day. Your sausage will arrive ready to heat and serve.
