Davy Crockett, best known by Texans for his heroic efforts at the Battle of the Alamo, was also known for his backwoods oratory and for one quote in particular: "You may all go to Hell, and I'll go to Texas!"

We figured for those who can't quite make it to Texas, we'd bring the larger-than-life taste to you with a medley of meat only befitting of our great state.
