Trained as an art director, founder Jim Goode “inked” the first rendition of our Goode Company mark. This script looks especially stunning branded on our wooden gift box and makes for a timeless keepsake.

Of course what's on the inside is also important, and what's inside is no ordinary pie. It is a nine-inch Texas pecan pie, which means it is bigger and gooier and richer than any other "real deal" out there, chock-full of fresh Texas pecans harvested from the banks of the Brazos River then nestled into luscious layers of homemade Goode-ness.

"This is literally my FAVORITE Pecan Pie, absolute FAVORITE. Sadly, it's changed a bit. The crust is not quite the flavor and firmness it used to be. The filling was perfect, the crust was so-so, which is why I was so disappointed. The box is still beautiful and remains a collectors item. I just don't know what happened to the crust."
