Excitement to disappointment

"This is literally my FAVORITE Pecan Pie, absolute FAVORITE. Sadly, it's changed a bit. The crust is not quite the flavor and firmness it used to be. The filling was perfect, the crust was so-so, which is why I was so disappointed. The box is still beautiful and remains a collectors item. I just don't know what happened to the crust."
