Poor follow through
"I placed the order for spices and sauce. The oder was accepted and I then received a notice telling me the order was shipped and would arrive 12/22. I continued to check status and then on 12/24 I saw he delivery had been moved to 12/26. However, on 12/28 I checked and the order then stated it had not been picked up by carrier. I contacted Goode Co. as was told an error had been made and they could ship the order immediately, so I said OK please ship. Then I was contacted and told the spices where out of stock but they could ship the sauce. I then cancelled the order and ordered from Franklin's in Austin. Will not order from Goode Co. again !"
